PAID SICK TIME

5 paid sick days per year
We don’t want you coming to work ill, or juggling work when a sick family member requires your attention.
As a health care clinic, we preach prevention first. Use this time for routine or urgent medical appointments for yourself or family members, mental health and more.

Staff can accrue 80 to 120 hours (two-to-three weeks) of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, depending on years of service.
